Updated New Holland L213, L218, L220 and a new L216
New Holland has updated its 200 Series skid steers by adding Tier 4 engines. As a result models L218 and L220 are now equipped with the high-pressure common rail and diesel oxidation catalyst. At the same time the engines do not have diesel particulate filter that require maintenance and repair.
The power of the engines remains the same - 60 hp, only the torque has been increased. The L218 skid steer has 7 percent more torque and the L220 torque has been increased by 21 percent.
To replace the L215 New Holland has released L216, which, unlike the L218 and L220 is equipped with a diesel particulate filter. Compared with its predecessor, the L216 capacity was increased by 725 kg, and power by 8 hp. The L213 skid steer is also modified and gets a 2.2-liter engine ISM producing 49 hp and torque increased by 9.6 percent.
