Mitsubishi eK Space and eK Space Custom Kei Cars
At the Tokyo Motor Show Mitsubishi plans to unveil its new super height wagons eK Space and eK Space Custom, jointly-developed with Nissan. New models are built on the successful model eK Wagon and offer extra cabin volume due to an interior height. The exterior may look box-like but it is popular because of its versatility. The car is equipped with electric sliding rear door and tinted rear windows.
Four-seater car interior is decorated with metal accents, the rear seats are equipped rear air "circulator", as well as climate control system with touch panel control. Higher-end versions provide infotainment system with touch screen and GPS-navigation.
As for the engine range, the eK Wagon and eK Custom will be powered by three-cylinder engines producing 49 hp (36 kW) and 64 hp (47 kW).
