Mercedes new Marco Polo camper van
At the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, Germany Mercedes-Benz has unveiled its new camper van Marco Polo based on V-Class. Mercedes Marco Polo interior has been significantly revised and now features new fabric or leather seats, wooden floor, black trim and metallic accents, as well as LED interior lighting.
As the new minivan is designed as a camper, it is equipped with a sink, a fridge, a kitchenette with two gas burners, a small closet and folding tables. The rear can be transformed into a bed at a push of a button. There are two additional beds in the pop-up roof compartment
Mercedes Marco Polo engine range features four-cylinder diesel units, Marco Polo base version 200 CDI produces 136 PS (100 kW) and 330 Nm of torque; 220 CDI - 163 hp (120 kW) and 380 Nm of torque. The range-topping engines produce 190 hp (140 kW) and 440 Nm, 204 hp (150 kW) and 480 Nm. New Marco Polo camper van goes on sale at the end of July.
