Case-New Holland, one of world`s leading manufacturers of agricultural equipment (CNH), made a proposal to Ukrainian national joint stock company Ukragrolizing to commence production of New Holland equipment in Ukraine.
Ukragrolizing is holding negotiations with leading producers of farming machinery to develop finance schemes of acquisition of equipment, which is not produced in Ukraine.
“Today, the most attractive proposal in pricing and other criteria is the one from New Holland”, the announcement of Ukragolizing press service says. According to the announcement, CNH offers three phases of cooperation. First phase is supply of equipment to Ukraine for exploring the demand, the second phase is organization of joint production, and the third phase is localization of products of to 50% of Ukraine-made components.
The press service does not specify the details of the proposal of Dutch party. Case-New Holland is and international corporation, which produces tractors, combines, excavators, loaders and other types of agricultural and construction machinery.
