Chrysler continues global sales growth
The Chrysler Group has achieved growing sales in markets outside the US in the second quarter of 2007. From April to June, Chrysler sold 159,993 vehicles outside the US, an increase of 10.2% compared to the same period in 2006.

JCB pops champagne
June 19, construction equipment manufacturer JCB announced record profits for 2005, in its 60th anniversary year, with figures doubling compared with the previous year.
In a year when machine production and sales turnover also reached all-time highs, JCB pre-tax profits rose to $203 million.
JCB chairman Sir Anthony Bamford said last year was, without a doubt, the most successful in JCB"s history, when the company set new records for profitability, production and turnover.

Michael Schumacher to race under Case logo
For the first time, agricultural equipment manufacturer Case IH will share the spotlight with Ferrari at two Formula 1 racing events in North America this summer.

Caterpillar: posthumous Hall of Fame
One of Caterpillar Inc."s founding fathers is being recognized for his ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit with induction into the National Inventors Hall of Fame. On February 8, t a news conference in Washington, D.C., the Hall of Fame announced it is posthumously honoring Benjamin Holt for ushering in the modern era of mechanized farming and construction with his "Traction Engine" (Patent #874,008).
