Volvo to leave NASDAQ
AB Volvo`s Board of Directors has decided to apply for delisting of the Volvo share from the NASDAQ stock exchange in the United States and for deregistration of the Class B share from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC.

Sany settles in US
Chinese machinery maker Sany Heavy Industry Co. will complete the construction of its first assembly plant in the United States next year at a cost of roughly $60 million, its executive president said on Wednesday.
