Bandit Industries (USA) offers a high-powered, high capacity chipper with the strength to process whole trees, model 1890XP brush chipper with a powerful 180-horsepower engine. This engine was previously only available on the Model 1890HD (heavy-duty). The Model 1890XP with 180-horsepower engine, nicknamed ‘The Brute`, offers the same high-production 18" chipper capacity on a single 12,000 lb. axle to more than accommodate the weight of the machine. Fully loaded, the unit weighs approximately 9,600 lbs. (weight will vary with options selected) and is 94" wide.
The Model 1890XP with 180-horsepower engine has been test marketed in Australia and has been a tremendous hit. These high-horsepower units were released in the United States and met with similar success.
