MHT 10160: The Largest Rough Terrain Telehandler

Manitou (France) will debut its massive MHT 10160 telescopic handler at Conexpo in Las Vegas in March. According to the company, it is the largest rough terrain telehandler available on the market.

The machine has 36,000 pounds of maximum capacity with a lift height of 31 feet, 10 inches. Capacity at maximum height is 15,430 pounds. The handler is powered by a new 175 horsepower Tier III Mercedes turbo diesel and features a two speed hydrostatic transmission for strong maneuverability and ease of operation. The MHT 10160 standard features include a fully enclosed ROPS-FOPS certified cab with heater and defroster. The unit has a range of attachments available including a company patented off-road tire clamp. The unit offers three steering modes and frame leveling. The handler is produced at the company’s plant in Italy.
