Italian crane manufacturer Leader has launched the new Giraffa 210, 21 metre telescopic truck mounted work platform. The 210 offers a maximum working height of 21.1 metres with a two person – 200kg capacity, full 180 degree platform rotation and up to 11 metres of outreach depending on weight in the platform: 7.5 metres with 200 kgs, 9.5 metres with 120 kgs and 11 meters with 80 kgs.

The new model features Leader’s inboard load sensing system that comprises a pivoting turntable and pressure cylinder to provide accurate load sensing without using cables or hoses up the boom. The machines outriggers can also be set to go straight down, allowing set up within the machines width, or set to extend its footprint and thus its stability and outreach. All booms are manufactured in Weldox 700 steel and in addition to the 210 there are shorter versions of the 210, with the Giraffa 140, Giraffa 170 and tallest of them all the Giraffa 180 (18 meters).
