Liebherr has introduced a 60 tonne truck crane LTF 1060-4.1, its largest to date. The new crane uses the same boom as the LTM1055-3.2.
The latest crane has a 60 tonne maximum lift capacity at 2.5 meter radius. The 40 meter, four section, main boom gives an under hook height of just over 40 meters which improves to almost 57 meters with the 16 meter double folding jib. The four axle carrier has an overall length of 11.35 meters. The crane engine is a Liebherr four cylinder turbo diesel producing 129kW. The 4-axle unit can travel on public roads with its complete ballast on board, ready for immediate action when it reaches the site.
