New Sany SCC8100TB telescopic crawler crane
Chinese manufacturer Sany has released a new 100-ton capacity telescopic crawler crane SCC8100TB. The machine is equipped with 47.5-meter five-section boom. In addition, a special heavy duty version equipped with a four-section boom will be available. Standard features include jibs length from 10.7 to 18 m.
The SCC8100TB model features a new UltraCab operator cabin. The crane is powered by Cummins QSL9-C300 Tier 4 Interim (Tier 4 Final by the end of 2014) engine providing 224 kW. The line pull with 24 mm hoisting rope is 14.3 tons.
The basic machine in configuration 1 Series weighs 45 tons, is 16 m long, 3.45 m wide and 3.2 m tall. The crawler track frames have a length of 7.93 m, a width of 900 mm, a height of 1.26 m and a weight of 11.5 The Series 1 may can be mounted on three different trucks, and for Series 2 configuration an extra 20 tonnes of counterweight is provided.
