Maeda Mini-Crawler Cranes
Maeda (Japan) will introduce its full range of mini-crawler cranes at ConExpo 2008 in Las Vegas. Shown for the first time will be four models of mini-crawler cranes. Three models of the MC series will be present. The compact 3.1 US ton MC285C with a 28ft boom will be on display. Also exhibited will be the MC305C and MC405C. The MC305C has a 3.3 US ton capacity with a 41ft boom.

ConExpo Lift Systems
Lift Systems will be showing two new products. The 4240SCTI jack system has a capacity of 244 US tons in the first cylinder stage. In the top cylinder stage the capacity is 100 Tons at 27ft. This model has the power units on the base, so it is a self-contained unit. The 30 Ton Mobilift yard crane is built on a smaller chassis for easy manoeuvrability and access to smaller spaces.

Linden Comansa
Linden Comansa America will be displaying its line of 2100 series and 500 series modular flat top cranes at ConExpo. The specific model numbers will be 21LC550 and 5LC5211. The cranes offer fast, simple and safe erection of small, light individual modules. Components can be erected directly from truck to crane with no double handling, and only a smaller mobile crane required for lifting light components at a lower height.

Comedil CTT 231 to increase the operator’s safety and comfort
Terex Comedil (Italy) has added a new Flat Top crane to its range. The Comedil CTT 231 features a 70m boom and a lifting capacity of 2.1 tonnes at the tip. The erection process has been significantly simplified – from the assembly of the stabilizer base to the positioning of the counterweights and the faster assembly of the TS23 tower components.

Man & Material Lift Engineering Ultra-Compact Lift
Man & Material Lift Engineering has developed the A30JEX, an ultra-compact lift specifically designed for hazardous environments such as painting, oil and gas processing and gas storage locations. The articulating lift is 4 feet wide and provides 30 feet of platform height and 22 feet of side reach, which includes the rotate-to-the-side jib.
