All-terrain Cranes from XCMG
Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (China) has introduced all-terrain cranes QAY500 and QAY400 in Bauma China. The QAY500 all terrain crane has a seven-section, 84m main boom with single-cylinder pinning system. The crane can be fitted with 63m fixed jib or 95m luffing jib. The improved superlift system increases jib lengths by 7-12m and increases lifting capacity by 12-60%. There is also an auxiliary winch available.

New Hiab Loader Crane XS 855
Hiab has launched a new 80tm loader, the XS 855, fitting between the XS 800 and XS 1055 at the top of the company`s high capacity range. The new crane offers slightly more power than the XS 800, with the same reach as the XS 1055. Compared to the XS 800, The XS 855 increases speed by over 30% and lifts productivity by over 20%.

Giant Crawler Crane
Chinese construction equipment machinery manufacturer Sany has shown off the prototype of China`s largest crane at the Bauma China fair, the 1,000t-capacity SCC 10000. Testing will be finished in three months. The crane`s maximum main boom is 120m long, and its maximum system length with jib is 96m + 96m. The massive crane has a 597kW Euro I-compliant engine (at 2,100rpm).
