New Liebherr logistics center

Liebherr has begun construction of its new logistics center near German Kirchdorf an der Iller in Baden-Württemberg. First of all it will be the center for earthmoving machinery spare parts delivery all around the world. Later the centre will be the hub for other divisions including excavators, telehandlers, material handlers and equipment for deep foundation.


During the first €100 million stage of construction, which will last until the third quarter of 2014, it is planned to develop the site and build of 47,000 m3 of logistics warehouse and separate offices. Upon completion the center will able to start its operations. In the second half of 2015 another 170,000 m3 of warehouse area and 4,500 m3 of offices will be completed.

The new logistics center is located near the A7 autobahn and a lot of Liebherr construction machinery plants in Southern Germany, Austria and France.
