Cadillac has announced plans to release VSport version of its popular Cadillac Escalade that will receive a turbodiesel V6 and a twin-turbo V6 petrol engine.
Cadillac already offers two other VSport variants, powered by a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 engine producing 410 hp (305 kW) and 500 Nm of torque in the XTS VSport. Escalade CTS VSport engine produces 420 hp (313 kW) and 583 Nm of torque. For comparison, the Escalade currently is equipped with 6.2-liter V8 engine providing 420 hp (313 kW) and 623 Nm of torque.
