New 300km/h trains looks very similar to their predecessors N700, but have a number of innovations and advantages in technical terms. The first is a new LED lighting system, which is 20 percent more efficient than the lighting system in the N700. Due to bogie vibration detection vibration level is significantly reduced. Improved brake system reduces braking distances by up to 10%. Traveling by N700A train will be much more comfortable, the noise level is reduced thanks to special sound absorption panels.

The N700A trains are equipped with new cruise control system, which itself controls the speed, raising or lowering it according to the receiving data on gradient and curvature from trackside transmitters installed along the way.

Passenger seats are equipped with special headrests that provide maximum comfort. Compared with the previous models new trains have cut power use by 20 percent, mainly due to the LED lighting installed also in the toilets and wash rooms.
